How do I lose weight by this spring?
Well I am 262 pounds(after dinner) but I want to be the average weight for my height which is 170lbs.I am 5″10 and 15 years old. I am not as big as other kids who are like 230lbs I’m a bit bigger but I work out like bench press and walk on the treadmill(not ever just one in awhile) I know my eating habits are pretty bad but I just don’t know how to stop eating! In my school they’d sell French fries burgers and it’s just hard not to buy them. I try not to but I cave in. So if anyone can I would like to be at least 200lbs by 3/1/10. I’m not a person who goes shopping for certain stuff I just go and buy the essential foods and so I’m allergic to like all fruits except for oranges tangerines grapes. So I would like to have a salad but ehhh I would prefer rice lol. So if anyone can help please feel free because I want to lose 62 pounds by march. And it is possible. I’ve lost 40 pounds in 3 months by eating protein bars only maybe 3 bars a day but I can’t do that anymore.
-Eat less. Do more. I know it is easier said that done, but it is totally doable.
-It might help if you emptied out your lunch account or stopped bringing lunch money to school and start packing your own lunch, so you’re not tempted to buy the fast food.
-Don’t use dieting pills, they don’t work (most of the people answering around me are advertising bots).
-Try cardio exercises like a stair machine or just walking on a treadmill.
-You can also either lose weight with someone or have someone (like a family member) mark your progress so you have some kind of drive to do it.
I am sure you can lose the weight!
When you do you will feel so much better in every way.
