How long does siberian ginseng (in a tincture) take to work?
Hi everyone, I have started to take siberian ginseng for various reason in a tincture form, and was wondering how long does it take to start taking effect?

Thanks for the replies, i eat exceptionally well i am a vegan and only have a treat day of a weekend, i do not not drink large amounts of alcohol and when i do its only one or two glasses of wine probably every 2months, and do not smoke.
My main reaosn for trying this supplement is because I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis and is testing the water with lots of alternative medicines and have heard on many dif sites that siberian ginseng can help with this problem as I do not want to pump my body with prescription drugs, thanks anyway guys
and i exercise 5-6days a week

It’s unlikely to have any effect on anything. Therefore you could be waiting forever for an effect (or at least until you realise that taking this pointless supplement is a waste of time).
