I just got through Victory Road, and just wanted to get some suggestions for the Elite Four.
The pokemon themselves are okay, and the movesets are okay too.
I recommend making some changes if possible.
Empoleon
If possible teach it, ice beam and get rid of Waterfall, it’s pretty pointless to have that many water moves. Or what you can do is, get rid of brine and teach it sword dance, giving steel wing and waterfall more power.
Blissey
Get rid of double-edge, not good.
Jolteon
Get rid of rock smash and strength. Jolteon is not meant to be a physical attacker. Try teaching it shadow ball, hyper beam. Some special move. You can also make it work with Empoleon, by teaching Jolteon rain dance and teach it thunder (100 % with rain) + boost empoleons water moves.
Roserade
Going with the water team, if you have a heart scale use it to teach it weather ball, giving roserade a water move.
