im having at&t costomer service problems. sbc bot at&t & every thing changed. knowing witch number to call. & costomer service is not as good as before when it was sbc.

No I never had any problems talking to someone there. Just call the internet number on your monthly bill and follow the prompt to talk to a tech. If that is what you did then do it again you will get someone different. Keep trying until you get help and be nice so they will listen and try to help you.
