essential oils: Whats difference between Eucalyptus and Eucalyptus Radiata?
I have a cold and want to get some Eucalyptus essential oil, and I always see Eucalyptus and Eucalyptus Radiata… what’s the difference?
Also, I’m going to be going to the shop so can you also suggest some other good oils that you like to put on and for what reasons?

Different species, that are typically used the same way. The radiate usually has a lemon-y note to it. Usually a eucalyptus oil is “eucalyptus globulus” unless marked otherwise.
For colds I like pine or fir….just reminds me of walking in the woods
