i have a question about what a chiropractor put me on?
I had a chiropractor put me on this protocol for a variety of promblems, comments are welcome. High blood pressure, cv tension 1 dropper 2x day, nattokinase 6 per day, opitmag 4 3x day, epa 4 2xday, detox utlraclear plus 1 svgs day, chelex 1 day, glutaloemine 3 scoops daily, lacidofil 2 daily, compulsions, (ocd) Somnolin 3/day, adr nervine 1 dropper 2x day
I have been to 4 chiropractors in my life some for many years.
I have never had them prescribe anything taken internally. Usually, they refer you to a Naturopathic, Holistic, or Herbalist doctors.
If sounds to me like he is putting you on natural supplements and minerals. These are alternate therapies that is why he can offer them. Chiropractors do not give out drugs.
What you need to do is find out if they chiropractor is also one of the types of doctors listed above. Many times they are educated in two or three of these practices as they over-lap.
An example would be:
After a Chiropractor aligns your body, he notices lumpy muscles or addresses your pains or stiffness. He uses his training in natural therapies to offer natural remedies that work well with his manipulations.
Just make sure he is trained in these health practices and knows what he is doing. It is your right to ask. Be informed and find out and ask to see his credentials. Anyone can say they know about herbs or natural remedies, but education is the key.
Call his office and ask for the information you need. You may also want to talk to the Chiropractor and ask what these meds are and why you are taking them.
