Golf Travel Luggage
As a new golfer, at the Orange High school, I am learning the hard way when it comes to packing away my irons and other supplies.Our new golf course doesn’t have the luxury of a golf cart to haul around our fancy clubs.On a few of the course’s we face slopes and short windy paths.
It becomes rather cumbersome to schlep our bags through 18 holes. We love to travel too, so I need something that can withhold a lot of abuse by baggage handlers and my own bad handling habits.
I absolutely love this sport, but like anyone else cant help but wonder if there isn’t an easier way to be a successful golfer. Golf travel bags range from $99 and can exceed $3000. $99 won’t really provide me with the comfort and durability that I need.
I am just a beginner, but plan to be in this sport for the long haul. Outstanding quality materials like a heavy duty ballistic nylon fabric, awesome abrasion, moisture and tear resistant with very large in line skating wheels for slick rolling action, highly durable rear skid plates to protect my bag when.
I would also like a top handle that has a natural position that has a palm facing my body when I grab it. I may want to pull this thing all day long and not get wiped out. This bag has to have enough room to fit a tour bag. Our golf carts are available in limited colors and sizes but they will also carry a cart bag and any stand or carry bag around the course. The top part of the bag must be well padded to protect my club heads and there need to be sufficient straps to secure my golf bag into the travel bag.
My last set of clubs did not fare well on my last trip to Florida.Grant it, we switched pilots twice and there were over 300 passengers waiting. This makes for a lot of other packages to be bump around on in cargo.My pink/white golf clubs are becoming a silly my obsession.I can’t believe I made a terrible mistake and used a second hand bag that wasn’t strong to endure such abuse. When I opened my bag to find that my 9 iron was bent, one of my zippers busted open and I lost a pair of great golf shoes, and gloves. This made me so angry but the only one I had to blame was my self.It was time to research and get a very awesome tool for my success in golf affairs. Golfing Travel bags fit on your regular golf club bag whether it is a golf cart or standing , it just needs to offer more storage and safety for my prize clubs.
One bag offered a roomy 50″ x 15″ x 15″ to fit tour, cart, and carry/stand bags. An internal strap locks the oversized travel bag into place in the large main compartment. A third of the bag is slightly padded to reduce the likelihood of dings or dents to your clubheads. An ideal bag should includes the following features:
First, your bag needs to be airline acceptable.Can you design it to hold up to a 48-inch driver and hold your golf bag safely inside the air plane.It needs to be lightweight, high-density polyethylene hard case with a double thickness side impact support.You should be able to collapse your travel bag with out difficulty to 24 inches for easy storage.One of the pebbles in my side with a unequipped golf club bag is a poorly designed and flimsy leather grip.A well made easy to control top handle must be sturdy enough to handle for lifting.And, last but not least thick roller blade wheels provide for that smooth race from corridor to corridor.
