coffee on a diet – bad?
i drink my coffee with about 1/3 cup of almond milk and truvia – a 0 calorie natural sweetener. is this good for a diet?
i dont drink coffee on a daily basis, but when i do get the chance to drink coffee every now and then i usually consume 2 travel mugs full
is this bad?
and also, i drink tea on a regular basis.
i have peppermint tea, which is pure peppermint, no salt, carbs, sugars, nothing. and i add truvia to it as well. once again, ill have about 2-3 travel mugs of this a day at most.
will this prevent me from losing weight?
i also exercise and eat healthy as well
coffee itself has little or no calories. same goes with tea. some tea is proven to speed up matabolism and clean ur body of toxins. coffe is a natural laxitive and also decreases appitite. caffine will also help with the burning of more calories…… the more milk and sugar u put in either one the more calories will add up
