HI ..yes I have used them and with some success .. ultimately like anything you have to give it a go yourself to see .. I used these ones http://www.essenzzahealth.com and actually use them on my shoulder as I have recurring RSI .. I find they really numb the pain and swelling … which I believe is because of the warming properties of the ingredients … ginger etc … give them a go I think you will be surprised but you can’t satisfy everyone and personally I never expect a “quick fix”.
