Enhanced Oral Chelation Review
Some products are specifically created to enable people to lower their cholesterol levels, using elements such as Plant Sterols. But others are created to address a wider variety of issues, and this is very much the case with Enhanced Oral Chelation. It is advertised as being able to soothe joints, increase circulation, reduce extremity pain, boost memory, revitalize internal organs and restore sexual function and energy levels, as well as regulate blood pressure and cholesterol. When it comes to addressing issues around cholesterol, we usually suggest using a formula which is focused solely on this issue, but let’s take a look at this product to see what it may have to offer.

N-Acetyl Cysteine is quickly metabolized to intracellular glutathione, which is a potent antioxidant in the body. N-Acetyl Cysteine has been used in hospitals to protect the body from acetaminophen toxicity, as well as being used to address acetaminophen poisoning. In general, it has been shown to boost immune function, as well as ease bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), angina pectoris, gastritis and heart attack. While it may increase heart health, it has not been shown as of review to directly affect cholesterol levels.
However, we find the troubling aspect of the formula used in Enhanced Oral Chelation is that none of the ingredients may directly address this issue. The website says that it may “Scrub Your Arteries Clean”, which would be great, and mean we could eat what we wish, but that is only if this formula is really capable of generating these kinds of results. Unfortunately, our findings do not support its ability to scrub the arteries clean.
The only elements we know of that may reduce cholesterol, even if an individual eats cholesterol-rich foods is Plant Sterols, which have been shown to mimic cholesterol in the intestines, so they are absorbed instead, allowing cholesterol to be passed out undigested.
