Those were the QA on the site I found. I have a dv6000 HP laptop, and I have a 2.2 GHz processor, 2 gigs of RAM, and a NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS graphics card. Im thinking of upgrading to three gigs of RAM, but considering the info above, it seems like its better to have matching sticks of RAM.
Two identical 2GB sticks would be best, if your system can support that.
If not, and if your system supports 3GB, the benefit of having an extra GB of RAM will help much more than the benefit of having identical sticks.
