Questions about the sacred heart diet?
1) For day one, it says im only supposed to eat fruit. Exactly how much?
2) Day two, I’m supposed to eat all vegetables (no dry beans, peas or corn) it says i should try eating green leafy veggies. It says I can cook the veggies, are there any ways to cook a raw veggie into something more edible without using oil etc.?
3) It says for day 2 i am allowed to have a baked potato at night with butter, exactly how much butter should i use? how many cups.. or tablespoons ?
This diet doesn’t look very safe. You need all types of food groups to be healthy; this sounds like a fad diet that could make you lose weight at first, but you just gain it back after.
