Can bergamot oil actually be harmful? (as found in Earl Grey Tea)?
What brings this up is that I recently read an article stating that Bergamot Oil was a phototoxin. I’m not really sure how that would effect the human body, and am really in the dark there.
Also, another article I read stated that bergamot oil can prevent the absorbtion of potassium within the lower intestine. Any light to shed here?
