Nikken Elastomag Support Wrap for Wrist – Any Good?
Is the Nikken Elastomag wrist wrap any good? I have carpal tunnels and am looking for a wrist wrap that provides some support but still allows for maximum movement. Also, if the wrap can help me heal faster, that’d be awesome!!
You don’t want a wrist wrap. You want a wrist splint that limits your range of motion. A wrap will only keep your wrist warm… What you need to do is open up the carpal tunnel, and make sure that your hand does not flex during the night. Wear a night splint to keep the tunnel open to try to decrease the inflammation.
