I am taking some herbal tea after a week I lost some weight and I my constipation all gone!

These are the herbs (medicinal Plants and parts of plants)
Best is Cassia Angostifolia (Senna Leaves) used for reduce weight since centuries in South Asian countries. It is best for this purpose you can use directly, put few dried leaves in a glass of water at the night and drink same early in the morning with out eating any thing empty abdomen.
Negellia Sativa is Black cummin seeds, Cinnamomun is spices.
