Allergy Relief……………….?
I suffer from cat, dog, pollen, dust, dust mite and some other mild things. Ive tried Zyrtec, Benadryl, Nasal Sprays, Nose Gels and the neti pot. Ive stopped using all medicine about a year ago. But Have started working in a Animal Shelter and need my allergy’s have really started to flair up bad. What i want to know is, what allergy relief thing do you use and what is most effective. And do you know of any new things i can try. Thanks
you’ve tryed all the allergy remedy’s i can think of but what you havent tryed is simply covering up the symptoms if you get head aches take psudaphed or advil one med you havent tryed is singulair this is for both allergys and asthma so it works for a wide range of symptoms the downside it needs a perscription and costs over 100$ without insurance but its worth a try if you have the money
