How to make a pic black and white except for a necklace or other object?
I have Paint Shop Pro 7 and I’ve seen people do fun things like take a colored pic of them and turn it all black and white except for one thing like make their necklace red or their eyes green. I really want to know how to do that, if anyone can tell me how? Thanks for the help!
