
Should I stack USP-Jack3d with Muscle Milk or with Creatine Monohydrate?

I plan to lift 3-4 days/week
-The creatine monohydrate is an unflavored powder.
It depends on how much Jack3d you take. If you use the full three scoops, you most likely don’t need any more creatine on lifting days, but should take it on days off. But if not using all three scoops, you should add some creatine and whey protein (or your muscle milk) post-workout.
Also, creatine and protein can and should be taken every day. Studies show that in order to gain lean muscle mass quickly, you need to eat 1g (or more) of protein per pound of bodyweight each and every day. You can use protein shakes at different points during the day, especially post-workout, to make this number.
I’m adding a link to my favorite product – a new one from Muscle Gauge Nutrition. It’s a whey protein isolate, which means that it’s a whey protein with all of the lactose and milk sugars (and carbs) filtered out. This gives you a more pure product and less gas if you’re lactose intolerant. Chocolate tastes great, mixes well with water or milk, and is a much better deal than anything you’ll find at your local store.
