Shin splints, supplements, herbal and tincture treatments.?
About twenty years ago I remember a friend of mine had shin splints real bad from jogging. He did extensive research and found some supplement that made the pain go away or actually made the simptoms stop or healed it. I remember it was a bottle with a dropper and he would mix a few drop of the stuff with a glass of water and drink it. Not sure if it was a tincture or some herbal extract or what but it was not traditional prescription medicine. I remember him telling me that the employees where he bought the stuff told him it would not help his condition but the “experts” he talked to knew their stuff and I actually remember him never complaining again. Please, no speaches on the traditional info about shin splints. Thanks.
all i ever heard of was when you water and freeze it in a paper cup. then massage the shin with the ice every night.
