deemark herbal hair oil works regarding hair fall ?
I am suffering from serious hairfall since one year [dont know the reason for this], is working in Night will cause this problem [ my office working hours are from 7 PM to 4 AM].
Please suggest any alternatives to control my hair fall [If using of Deemark Herbal Hair oil is not worthy].
Please share your experiences if any body have used this before.
None of the hair oils or similar products will stop hair loss. Rogain, however, will…if you’re loosing your hair due to aging, heredity, etc. Stress is a major reason for sudden hair loss, and suddenly switching your hours to a night shift can also cause hair loss along with a lot of other problems.
Here are some ideas to help your body better deal with the night shift. First, and this may be the most important part…Be sure to use dark curtains, shades, black-out blinds or similar during the daytime hours that you sleep, and wear a sleep mask. You need your room dark, just in case you awaken, since the moment the light hits you, your natural melatonin (which is already screwed up enough with night work) stops production, and melatonin doesn’t only help you to get quality sleep, it also helps keep you looking younger. People producing not enough melatonin look old before their time. You could also take a LOW DOSE of melatonin (available in the vitamine section) an hour before you go to sleep, but again, you MUST keep the lights low, and avoid the TV and computer for no less than an hour before going to sleep. During your waking hours, when there is light out (sun), get as much as you can, by sitting near a window, walking or doing outside sports. For your indoor lighting, switch your bulbs to full spectrum, natural light (there are some great ones available as compact fluorescent), the type that simulate daylight. There’s little you can do, probably, about the lighting at your work place, but if it’s possible to have a lamp with a daylight type bulb near you, do it. This will make a difference. It will ease stress and help you to avoid depression.
Hair oils can clog the pores in your scalp, actually adding to hair loss. There are some shampoos (sorry, can’t think of any names) that clean the scalp specifically to help prevent further hair loss.
Oh, and one other point…If you work under the tube type fluorescent lights, especially if the work place is hot, causing you to perspire, you should wear a hat. Sweat, combined with that type of fluorescent lighting will cause hair loss, as the light reacts with the testosterone in your sweat.
Also, you should probably see a doctor (dermatologist) if the hair loss began suddenly. You can pretty much see what your hair loss will look like in the future if you look at your PATERNAL grandfather. Balding comes from that side of the family, so find out if your dad’s father went bald early. If he had a full head of hair throughout his life, then your hair loss is most likely a medical issue.
