is gelatine bad for you?
I have capsules that have gelatine and glycerine shell.
I was wondering if that would counteract the flax oil in the shell?
I looked it up and found no drug reactions between gelatine, glycerine, and flax oil. The combination should be fine. Gelatine is completely safe but really has no medicinal purposes.
