Free Radicals
A free radical is basically an unstable molecule that runs astray. These molecules go about damaging membranes, weakening arteries and attacking DNA. All contributors to the aging process. Best eaten raw they should be consumed every day, you can take several or just one, work on about 110 – 120gm per serve.
Avocado – Avocados are an important source of vitamin E, great antiaging foods. Helps to maintain healthy skin and prevent skin from aging .
Chocolate! – Cocoa has been used therapeutically for hundreds of years and now we understand why it has proved beneficial. Dark chocolate containing 70% cocoa is among the most powerful antioxidants in the world with a ORAC of 13,500. Try to find chocolate-coated goji berries.
Note; This does not apply to milk chocolate, adding milk to chocolate negates any anti-oxidant effects, sorry.
Other best antiaging foods include, garlic, ginger and nuts, adding nuts to your diet can improve your skin, the immune and digestive systems and help prevent cancer.
