Rescue Remedy is for trauma, stress, panic attacks, etc. It is available in liquid or in a cream (to rub on sprains, etc.). Go on line or to your library or to a health food store and find the info on all the Bach remedies. I believe Rescue Remedy is a combo of 3 different remedies. It has helped me and my dogs and a friend’s cat.
