Has anyone used rescue remedies/flower essence for their cat’s behavior, and if so what were the results?
My experience was one of a sceptic using a product I didn’t understand worked on animals.
I tryed it on my shelter cat because nothing else I did was working. To my amazement, just within two weeks, she made a remarkable change and is continuing to progress.
I use “Spirit of Essence” by Dr. Jean Hovfe. She has many essenses for the type of behavior your cat or dog has.

Hi there…Rescue Remedy and the other essences available are a wonderful blessing. Currently, I have a young male who is suffering from idiopathic interstitial cystitis and although there are no cures, Rescue Remedy has provided him some great relief from the disorder’s pain as well as related stress. I only wish, however the essences could cure him and we’ll experiment with each to see what helps minimize the inflammation and keep him comfortable aside from supplements and diet enhancements.
By the way, I was hoping another Y!A participant ‘Old Lady Cat’ would have answered your question and shared some of her amazing stories. She is quite knowledgeable on the essence line of products.
