My dog suffering from fits, had blood checked all ok. Anything else that can cause this? She is cross Lab/gsd?
She is 4 years old and noticed first fit late at night at end of Jan. Can recall 3 fits since but obviously don’t know what goes on when at work or overnight. Was took to vets after first one, blood test carried out which all returned ok. Anyone with help will be gretly appreciated.
If by fits you mean seizures, there can be many causes. You may never find the cause. If your dog is having them frequently, or they last a long period of time, you may wish to medicate him. Please discuss these things with your vet, as he is the one who knows your dog, and can answer any questions you may have,Normal blood tests won’t tell you much.
