What is your essence?
I feel that one cannot be what changes from moment to moment. One’s thoughts and emotions and vibrational energy are constantly flowing. They never stay in one place. One is never even comprised of the same atoms from moment to moment. How then can one be their body or even their thoughts and emotions? What makes you or what is your essence?

Your vibrational pattern is what could be said to be your essence.. Do you know what cymatics is? the study of the visible patterns made by sound, vibrations. The universe is a cosmic symphony, but just like a symphony every instrument has its unique part to play, its own pattern of notes, it’s own sound, its own vibration. Each “string” of consciousness, each constant flow is it’s own unique thread in the tapestry. Resonance, frequencies, patterns, vibrations.. all connected with some embraced by physical shells that express the eternal flow of energy in form. Form influences the energy molds the flow of it into a cohesive pattern that remains as long as the physical shell exists to coalesce it.
It is because of these metaphors that I believe that death is simply a loss of form, our essence is eternal but variable, always returning to the ebb and flow of energy formation and energy reintegration.
The physical form creates the essence/spirit/soul/mind/personality, when physical form is gone energy still exists it just gets pulled back into the flow, the cycle. Eternal Universal Energy..
