Home-Made Enema Kit?
Please I am having troubles..if you catch my drift. Please do you have any ideas about I could use thing that are around the house??
I just had the same ‘troubles’ recently. Epsom salt, the kind you buy that is not scented or anything, and it will have directions on it for this kind of thing, works wonders. (Note: you can add lemon or lime juice to it for better taste, because it will taste HORRIBLE)
And yes, do drink alot of water, I drank about a lieter a day, and lettuce cheerios and potato chips are all good things.
I wouldn’t try a home made enema though, you might damage your rectal wall or your anus. And that would probably just make it worse. If you begin eating right in a few days it will clear up on its own. If you can’t stand the pain of it, see your doctor.
