at sephora. it says that one dropper full is = to 15 cups of green tea and that it will brighten your skin. it contains green tea, white tea, and grape seed extract with concentrated polyphenois. so since its equal to 15 cups of green tea and green tea helps you lose weight, would this help with weight loss on top of being good for the skin?
It may be helpful for weight loss, but in my opinion, just drinking green tea would be good enough, and you can buy lots of nice green tea/white tea blends. It would probably be cheaper.
No matter what, I recommend the following to assist.
1) drink plenty of water, and don’t drink anything else, no pop, cut juice, and milk, and coffee, and anything with aspartame
2) eat only healthy fruits, veggies, and lean cuts of meats.
3) cut out simple carbs like rice, white bread, pasta
4) eat several smaller meals from the healthy foods a day.
You can also look to supplements to support your body’s needs to set the stage right for the weight loss.
