question regarding ayurvedic medicines for nightfalls ? i m 22yrs of age and suffering from excessive?
nightfalls for the past 6 years.. as a result my weight is only 50 kg and i have digestion and hairfall problem very much. i experienced nightfall almost thrice in a week… i have tried med such as himalays confido but it didn,t work..

If at 22 u only weigh 50 kg. which i think is 110 lb. you probably have inadequate diet. Are u vegetarian ? Perhaps u shud stop taking capsules and eat more protein ???
