Which wrist should I wear my magnetic bracelet on, and which direction should the magnets face?
Should the magnets face up to the top of my wrist or downwards? And which wrist is better? I dont want answers about people not liking magnetic bracelets, I am just wondering the proper way to wear one.
I am not saying that I dont want to hear if you “like” magnets or not, I just am not asking about opinions of magnets as a form of alternative medicine.
I have already made the decision to wear a magnetic bracelet and I just wanted to know about the proper way to wear it.
Magnets don’t help you. They could produce the placebo effect, but they won’t heal you.
