Why can’t diabetics wear hematite?
My Mom has these cool hematite bracelets she’s getting rid of. I really like them but they are made from magnetic hematite and I have heard that diabetics shouldn’t wear it, or at the least consult a doctor before wearing it. Why is that? I have good sugars and don’t have any circulation problems. So would I be able to wear them?
I don’t know where you heard that from, dear lady, but it’s nonsense. I’ve been wearing a hematite necklace for 6 or 7 years now and I’m a type 1 diabetic. I’ve never had any sort of reaction from them, and both doctors and nurses at our local hospital have commented on how nice it looks.
