What is the best pain relieving patch?
For those who have used many different pain relieving patches, which do you recommend is the best? In terms of effectiveness.

My dad is a carpenter and does a lot of heavy lifting. He’s in his early 50′s and is beginning to feel soreness in his arms.
Tiger Balm. Bengay wears off within 30 minutes or so, and i’ve never heard of salonpas or etc. If possible, instead buy a patch from an asian medicinal. I’ve been using something called ‘Tiger Bond’ (i’m not really sure, it’s in chinese) for sprained ankles and pulled muscles ever since i started taekwondo, and it’s never failed.
