What causes aches and pain at nightime ?
My doctor recently told me at age 40 everyone gets a little arthritis and nothing wrong with adding some alleve to my medicine cabinet. I generally have no aches or soreness during the day only at night. I can wake up feeling sore, but within an hour of waking up I am fine.
Why do we we have aches more at night than during the day ?
well.
during the day you’re active and your muscles are flexible.
but at night, your asleep and sometimes, people tend to sleep in weird angles that put more pressure on a muscle or body part- thus causing some soreness when waking up.
overall, i think its just how you sleep and your bed.
my bed used to give me tons of back and neck pain. but since i got a new one- its all gone.
